Payment terms will be specified in your service agreement or invoice. We may require a deposit before beginning work. Failure to pay in a timely manner may result in suspension of services or legal action.
4. Cancellation and Rescheduling
You may cancel or reschedule a service by contacting us at least 7 days in advance. Cancellations within 7 days may incur a fee. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule services due to weather or other unforeseen conditions.
5. User Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information and allow reasonable access to the work area. It is your responsibility to remove personal property, secure pets, and ensure the site is safe for our team.
6. Limitations of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service.
7. Warranties and Guarantees
Any warranties or guarantees will be specified in your service agreement. We do not guarantee growth results, which may depend on soil conditions, weather, and customer maintenance.
8. Intellectual Property
All website content, including text, graphics, and logos, is owned by Turf Ltd. and protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy or distribute any content without our written permission.
